Mazda is recalling MY2001-2002 Tribute vehicles. The brake master cylinder reservoir cap can leak brake fluid onto the antilock brake system (ABS) module wiring harness connector, possibly causing corrosion that could lead to melting, smoking, or fire.

Chrysler is recalling certain MY2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 and Chrysler 300 SRT8 vehicles for failing to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 138, "tire pressure monitoring system" (TPMS). The TPMS does not warn the driver when a tire is 25 percent below the recommended pressure. Underinflated tires can result in tire overloading and overheating, which could lead to a blowout and possible crash.

Honda expanded this recall in December, 2011 to include additional vehicles and air bags sold as replacement parts. This recall concerns certain vehicles falling within the following make, model, and model year populations, inclusive of this expansion:
- MY2001-2002 Honda Accord

- MY2001-2003 Odyssey
- MY2002-2003 CR-V
- MY2002-2003 Acura TL
- MY2003 Acura CL
- MY2003 Pilot
Honda is replacing the inflators within the driver's side air bag to address a defective condition, which, in the event of a crash, could produce excessive internal pressure that could cause the inflator to rupture with metal fragments striking and injuring the driver or other occupants. This recall addresses both air bags that were originally installed in the vehicles and replacement air bags that may have been installed as replacement service parts if, for example, a vehicle had been in a crash necessitating the replacement of the driver's air bag.

Nissan is recalling certain MY2011 Rogue vehicles. The circuit board on certain electric power steering (EPS) assist control units may not have been installed in the correct position, which may cause the terminal to the circuit board to separate. This would cause the power steering assist feature to stop functioning, requiring more force to steer the vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.

Subaru is recalling certain MY2012 Impreza sedans and wagons (except WRX/STI models), and Legacy and Outback vehicles. These vehicles may be equipped with a brake master cylinder that could malfunction, increasing in the amount of brake pedal travel distance required to slow or stop the vehicle. This could occur unexpectedly and without prior warning, increasing the risk of a crash.

Southeast Toyota is recalling certain MY2010-2011 Corollas equipped with a non-Toyota Bluetooth hands free device or navigation unit and certain MY2011 Toyota Siennas equipped with a non-Toyota overhead entertainment system and/or Bluetooth hands free device. A trim panel retention clip may have been damaged during installation of the accessory. The trim panel may come loose in the event of a crash and cause injury.

Toyota is recalling certain MY2011 through 2012 Siennas for failing to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 110, "Tire Selections and Rims." These vehicles do not meet the requirement for displaying the correct vehicle capacity weight as the rated load for the combination of cargo and occupants. Incorrect information on the vehicle placard may lead to tire overloading and possibly cause tire failure and increase the risk of a crash.

Daimler Trucks is recalling certain MY2005-2011 Freightliner Cascadia, Columbia, Century, Coronado, and Classic XL trucks due to a corrosion issue with the rack and pinion steering system. The lower pinion bearing may corrode and fail, which could lead to damage of the spool valve seals. This could cause the steering to unexpectedly turn left or right, making the vehicle more difficult to control, thereby increasing the risk of a crash.

General Motors is recalling certain model year 2012 Chevrolet Equinox and GMC terrain vehicles for failing to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring System" (TPMS). The tire pressure monitoring system, designed to illuminate the tire pressure warning light when the pressure in a tire is 25 percent below the recommended cold tire pressure, will not illuminate until the tire pressure is more than 25 percent below the recommended cold tire pressure. Underinflated tires can result in tire overloading and overheating, which could lead to a blowout and possible crash. Underinflated tires can also result in premature or irregular wear, poor handling, and poor fuel economy.

Volvo is recalling certain MY2006-2012 C70 vehicles that were equipped with optional accessory spare tire kit. These vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims." These vehicles do not contain the correct information for vehicles equipped with the optional accessory spare tire and wheel kit. A misprinted label could lead to improper tire inflation, which could result in a tire failure, increasing the risk of a crash.
