After completing an accident report, the advisor will direct your driver to a repair facility and, if needed (and approved by your company policy), arrange for towing and a rental car. Our car rental program provides your drivers with a convenient and economic procedure to obtain a replacement vehicle should their fleet vehicle become impaired by mechanical failure or accident. Free pickup and return delivery of rental vehicles is included. Donlen handles all reservations. Rates include insurance coverage to reduce potential issues.
Donlen’s collision advisors manage the entire vehicle repair process. After a repair estimate is received, the advisor will audit the charges, review the vehicle’s age and value, and make a recommendation.

Glass repair program. Designed to help you repair or replace chipped glass on your vehicles early on before an expensive, full glass replacement is necessary. Required repairs will be performed at your location, eliminating downtime.
