Chief Executive Officer

Shlomo Crandus

As chief executive officer, Shlomo is responsible for leading and directing the organization’s strategic vision and plan through the formulation and implementation of short- and long-term objectives. He is deeply committed to promoting a high-performing, diverse, customer-focused, and ethical business culture.

Shlomo joined the company in 2006 as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he led the finance team and was responsible for finance, legal, risk functions and business planning. He has over 30 years of diverse business experience including financial disciplines in both private and public companies. Shlomo attainted the position of Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Transamerica Finance Corporation and earned progressively greater responsibilities across treasury, corporate development, and internal audit areas. Earlier, he worked in public accounting as a senior audit manager at KPMG, specializing in banking, finance, and insurance.
Shlomo earned his MBA from the Booth School at the University of Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting. He is a certified public accountant.
President of Donlen

Tom Callahan

As President and a board member of Wheels Donlen, Tom is an accomplished executive who brings invaluable perspective and customer focus to the company. Tom works closely with the Wheels Donlen CEO and leads all marketing, communications and other special projects including certain go-to-market strategies.

Tom has deep roots in the automotive and commercial fleet industries, holding several leadership positions at Ford Motor Company and several global leadership positions at GE, including running the GE Fleet commercial team in Japan, President of GE Fleet in Australasia, and Managing Director of Sales Finance for GE Consumer Finance in the UK. As a result of his accomplishments, Callahan was inducted into the Fleet Hall of Fame in September 2020.

Tom has also served as President of the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA), one of the fleet industry’s premier organizations for networking, education and standards. Tom is Black Belt certified in Six Sigma methodologies. He earned a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Eric Hiller

As Acting Chief Financial Officer of Wheels Donlen, Eric oversees Corporate Finance, Accounting, Credit, Risk Management, Tax, Reimbursement Operation, Internal Controls, Compliance and Treasury functions.

Eric joined in the company in 2012 from the Hertz Corporation, where he was Senior Director, Global Financial Planning & Analysis. In that capacity, Eric led the Hertz Global FP&A team in the development of financial projections and analyses to drive strategic business growth with a focus on continuous financial and operational improvement. During his 16 years at Hertz, Eric held several other key financial roles including Operations Finance as an Assistant Controller, US Rent-A-Car (RAC) and within Corporate Finance as Senior Director of Global Strategic Planning. Eric won the Hertz 2008 Global Leadership Award for his work in re-engineering processes in finance, including automating the corporate balance sheet and cash flow reporting.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Acting Chief Operating Officer

Ahsan Rahim

As Acting Chief Operating Officer, Ahsan has companywide responsibility for Operations, Product Management and Global Product. He oversees critical day-to-day business functions including vehicle acquisition, remarketing, truck consulting, compliance services, fuel, driver call center, maintenance services, procurement, and quality. He brings to Wheels a wealth of experience in diverse functional areas and a passionate commitment to customer success, innovation, and teamwork.

Ahsan has more than 20 years of experience in business-to-business technology and service businesses. Prior to joining the company, Ahsan spent 12 years at Truven Health Analytics, Inc. As Senior Vice President and Head of Business Operations, Provider Solutions, he was responsible for product strategy and commercialization, pricing, marketing, solution executives, and sales operations for the Provider Solutions business. Ahsan previously served as Vice President and General Manager for two businesses within Truven. Prior to Truven, he held positions at Advent Software, Inc., Bain & Company, and Citibank.

Ahsan graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in economics and computer science and earned his MBA from Duke University.

Chief Information Officer

Tim O'Hara

As Chief Information Officer, Tim leads the Information Technology department. His teams are responsible for developing and managing client-facing systems, internal networks, business continuance applications, IT security and systems infrastructure. Tim has over 30 years of leadership experience in IT application and infrastructure strategies, enterprise architecture optimization and e-business integrations for multi-billion-dollar enterprises.

As Chief Information Officer, Tim leads the Information Technology department. His teams are responsible for developing and managing client-facing systems, internal networks, business continuance applications, IT security and systems infrastructure. Tim has over 30 years of leadership experience in IT application and infrastructure strategies, enterprise architecture optimization and e-business integrations for multi-billion-dollar enterprises.

Prior to joining the company in 2015, Tim spent 19 years at Essendant, Inc., where he rose to the rank of Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, Tim was responsible for overall IT strategy and initiatives for all Essendant business units. He led corporate-wide enterprise IT strategy and modernization planning projects, built a state-of-the-art e-commerce web application for resellers, and launched a content portal that streamlined supplier integration.

Tim holds a B.S. in applied computer science from Illinois State University and earned alumni status from Harvard Business School after completing courses in finance, negotiation, and leadership development.

Ilese Flamm

As General Counsel, Ilese leads the company’s legal function. Ilese’s client focused approach to legal topics, vast corporate legal experience, and fleet expertise will benefit clients and help shape our combined companies’ strategic direction, as well as risk management.

Ilese’s wealth of senior corporate legal and compliance experience includes over 25 years with companies such as The Walt Disney Company, in which Ilese held the role of Senior Counsel, Wyndham Worldwide, where she served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of RCI, and Shell Vacations as the Executive Vice President for Legal Affairs.

Ilese earned her Doctor of Law degree from the University of Chicago and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. Ilese also earned her CPA in the State of Illinois.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Mary Formosa

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Mary leads the Human Resources department, which includes employee relations, talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, organizational design and effectiveness, compensation and benefits, and the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program.

Mary has more than 25 years of human resources, labor relations and global human resources experience. Previously, she was Vice President of Global Products at World Kitchen, Vice President of Global Operations at Navistar and held several executive level leadership roles at Tribune Company.

A graduate of DePaul University, Mary is active in many professional organizations and is on the Empowering Women Network’s Advisory Board. She previously served on the board of the National Latino Education Institute (NLEI) for over 20 years, the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and has been a speaker at several conferences, including the Diversity Best Practices and Solutions Conference, Benedictine University’s Women’s Leadership Summit, Empowering Women Network and the Illinois Diversity Council.

Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Relations

Laura Jozwiak

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Relations, Laura oversees the company’s Sales, Account Management, Client Relations and Client Analytics teams, which provide strategic guidance and analytic resources to assist our clients in making informed decisions that improve the performance of their fleets.

Laura joined the company as an Account Manager in 2002 and most recently served as VP of Client Relations, a role in which she managed some of the company’s largest and most complex clients. Her career in fleet management spans three decades and includes a wealth of experience, not only in strategic management but also in operations areas like license and titling, acquisitions, and fuel. She also holds the unique distinction of being the first person from a fleet management company to join the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) as a full member.

Laura attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned her Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) accreditation from NAFA in 1999. She currently serves on the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) board of directors as the current past president.

Senior Vice President, Customer Experience

Jim Wohlever

Jim Wohlever serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, focusing on fostering a deeper intimacy with our customers and better aligning processes and deliverables to our client’s expectations. Throughout his career, Jim has led customer-centric initiatives that define corporate goals in terms easily understood by clients, and he has helped align functional areas of companies to better deliver on customer commitments.

Throughout his career, Jim has led customer-centric initiatives that define corporate goals in terms easily understood by clients, and he has helped align functional areas of companies to better deliver on customer commitments.

Prior roles include senior leadership positions in Marketing and Insurance products at GE, Account Management focused on working with the clients to develop programs to improve retention and growth for Ceridian, and most recently, President and COO of Roadside Protect, a specialty roadside assistance administrator.

In addition to being certified as a Six Sigma Quality Black Belt, Jim holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Kellogg GSM, Northwestern University as well as a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
