Northbrook, IL – Donlen, the fleet industry’s most comprehensive and integrated provider of financing and asset management solutions, today has been named a finalist for Customer Service Department of the Year in the 2012 American Business Awards.

The department as a whole received high scores during more than five weeks of preliminary judging for its ability to help customers streamline internal processes and increase productivity. Donlen consistently achieves a high customer satisfaction rate, and the Customer Service Department, as the first point of contact with each customer, is a major part of this success.
This is the second honor this year for Donlen’s customer service team. They recently won the Silver Stevie® Award for Front Line Customer Service Team of the Year.

More than 3,000 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. The final placements of Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards will be announced at the 2012 awards banquet on Monday, June 18, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York.
