Donlen’s Truck Success Stories

Truck-Success-Story-ImageDonlen and our dedicated team of truck specialists are working hard to guarantee your truck fleet is optimized for cost savings, and your drivers have a smooth experience.

Truck fleets have their own complexities associated with the management process—you need to lower costs while maintaining high levels of performance. Donlen has successfully worked with companies to develop fleet management programs that meet these unique needs. Through our consultative approach, we allow you to get more done.

We have helped many companies drive efficiencies through their programs. For one company, we were able to save them over $1.6 million in fleet costs just by cycling their vehicles in a more timely manner, adding DriverPoint® Telematics and implementing toll-management to their fleet. Donlen helped another company achieve $665,000 in savings for 50 units by enlisting them into an unbundled maintenance program versus their current bundled program. With our maintenance program, customers only pay for the maintenance they need.

Donlen has compiled five success stories to highlight how our innovative approach has helped each unique fleet. To learn more, download our Truck Success Stories now. For more information on how we can provide customized solutions for your fleet, contact us.

FMCSA finesInterstate Motor Carriers / Capacity Agency, LLC (IMCCA) recently reported on an increase in fines for regulatory violations effective June 2, 2015 according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Many fines and penalties have not increased in as much as 12 years. Mandated by MAP-21, the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act, the changes became a law in 2012. Some fee changes include a $1,000 increase in the penalty for out-of-service orders and a $5,000 increase for loading and unloading violations.
