NORTHBROOK, IL —Donlen announced today the opening of a state-of-the-art call center facility for maintenance advisors in Darien, Ill. The new facility demonstrates the company’s continued growth and success, as well as its commitment to best-in-class customer service.

“The new location is 30 percent larger than our previous office in Burr Ridge,” according to Dave Lodding, Senior Vice President of Donlen Fleet Management Services. “The new facility utilizes Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and is completely integrated with our primary call center in Northbrook.”

According to Mid-America Research, Inc., Donlen has the lowest call center hold times among its competitors. Lodding said the Darien site helps ensure the continuation of this industry-leading service.

Recognizing that high levels of employee satisfaction lead to high levels of customer satisfaction, Donlen determined that the time was right for the move. “Our choice of a new facility in Darien was based on finding a centralized location for our employees,” Lodding said. “Employees are offered the choice of either office based on the location of their home, thus reducing their commuting time.”
