Your Fleet Management Resource Center

Everyone knows that having access to information is key to any fleet manager’s success – not only your own information but from other sources that can influence your decisions. But how can you be sure the information is accurate and timely?

In one spot, Donlen’s Resource Center houses the items that are most important to your short-and long-term planning, such as production updates, manufacturer plant downtimes, and key manufacturer announcements. And there are resources that can help inspire and inform you, including white papers, case studies, and webinars and blogs.

Resources to help you with vehicle selection and planning:

Driver’s Corner

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information you receive every day you’re not alone. Instant access to email, cell phones, text messaging, and social media contribute to the “information overload” you may be experiencing. And it can have serious consequences. Difficulty sleeping, loss of appetite, and increasing nervousness are all signs that you may be close to burnout – which can certainly affect you when you get behind the wheel. Be aware of the signs, turn off the computer, and step away from social media — at least for enough time to let your mind take a much-needed rest. You may just become a safer driver too, and that’s good for everyone.

And Finally…

And finally, if you’ve been thinking about using an RSS feeder, but haven’t taken the plunge yet, try it! If you’re anything like us, it’s almost impossible to keep up with all the websites and blogs that interest us. For example, here are a few of the feeds in FridayFleet’s RSS feeder right now (aside from our own, of course!): NYT Wheels blog, Car & Driver blog,Automotive Fleet Magazine, Government Fleet Magazine, and Twitter feeds from @greenfleetmag and the major manufacturers. All that content pushed to our feeder, all in one spot, and ready to review when we want to.

Do you currently use an RSS Feeder?

Have a nice weekend. Safe travels.
